How to submit, in three steps

Get your manuscript ready

Anonymise the file — remove author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements — and save it as .docx archive under 20 MB. Make sure it meets the Author Guidelines.

Open the pre-written email

Click the button below. Your email app opens with the address and a ready-made checklist already filled in — you just complete each line. No email app? Copy the checklist and paste it into any email to editor@ijkr.org.

Attach your files and send

Attach your anonymised manuscript (and a cover letter if you have one) and hit send. You'll get an acknowledgement by email, and desk check normally finishes within 5–10 working days.

›Title (maximum 20 words, no abbreviations)
›Article type — original research, review, short communication, or technical note
›Abstract — one paragraph, no citations, up to 250 words
›Keywords — 4 to 6, separated by semicolons
›Main track (A–E) and your specific sub-track
›Secondary discipline — only if the work is interdisciplinary

Every author

›Full name and affiliation, in the order shown on the paper
›Email address for each author
›An ORCID iD for each author — this is required, including co-authors
›A note of which single author is the corresponding author

Files to attach

›Your anonymised manuscript (required) — .docx under 20 MB
›A cover letter (optional) — may suggest or exclude reviewers, with a reason
›Any comments for the editor (optional) — e.g. a preprint DOI or related work

›The work is original and not under consideration elsewhere; any preprint is disclosed
›All conflicts of interest and funding are declared, or there are none
›Each ORCID is correct, all authors approve the submission, and any AI use is disclosed
