About the Journal
The International Journal of Knowledge and Research (IJKR) is an independent, open-access scholarly journal established in 2026. It publishes methodologically sound, reproducible work in computing, engineering, and the applied sciences, with an editorial preference for studies that report their limitations honestly and make data and code available where possible.
Every submission undergoes an editorial desk check for scope, structure, ethics, and similarity screening, followed by double-blind review by a minimum of two independent subject reviewers. Editorial decisions rest solely with the handling editor and the Editor-in-Chief, and are made on scholarly grounds alone.
Accepted articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence, with copyright retained by the authors, assigned a DOI, and deposited for long-term preservation.

IJKR levies no submission fee, no article processing charge, no page or colour charges, and no fee for open-access publication. Authors are never invoiced at any point in the editorial process, and no payment can influence a decision.

Full metadata, ORCID identifiers for all authors, and machine-readable licensing make published work findable and correctly attributed.
Before you submit
- Read the Author Guidelines and confirm your manuscript meets the structural and formatting requirements.
- Prepare an anonymised manuscript file suitable for double-blind review.
- Collect an ORCID iD for every author, including co-authors.
- Complete the mandatory declarations: originality, conflict of interest, funding, data availability, author contributions, and AI use.

Reviewer recruitment
Researchers holding a doctoral degree with a publication record are invited to join the reviewer panel.
Registration status
ISSN registration and indexing applications are in progress. IJKR claims no indexing status until it is granted.
